WSOPE £10,000 No Limit Holdem Event
The World Series of Poker Europe 2008 saw it's biggest turnout ever, all of the professional players took part and it was a great success. Daniel Negreanu played in the WSOPE No Limit Holdem £10,000 at the Empire Casino in London, he came in 5th place from a field of 362 players. The prize pool of this event totalled over £3.5 million with first place eventually going to John Juanda and paying out £868,800. Daniel's fifth position paid out £217,200 ($395,024).
This NLH event also saw the likes of Mike 'The Mouth' Matusow, Andy Bloch, Bengt Sonnert, Erik Seidel and Brian Townsend finish well in the money.
